A wine from 1985

Our dear friend Mauro just past by with a bottle of wine from 1985. We'll drink it for dinner tomorrow but since it's so old you have to open it at least 24 hours in advance. I assisted him dropping up the wine with a special technique that he taught me. You use the candle to see when the sediments arrive. Very clever! Now I'm just so curious to taste it!
